ERROR no dtos exist while Provisioning users in GRC CUP

GRC CUP 5.3 might display and error that says

[SAPEngine_Application_Thread - ERROR no dtos exist which are in the same state as the passing dto
com.virsa.ae.core.ObjectNotFoundException: no dtos exist which are in the same state as the passing dto

Cause:

This issue is due to a parameter settings.

Solution:

To resolve this issue the AUTO_USERCOMPARE parameter value should be changed to Yes. Below are the steps:

1. Goto SM30
2. Enter Tablename as PRGN_CUST
3. Click Maintain
4. Choose Yes to any prompts
5. Click “New Entries” button.
6. Add the new parameterAUTO_USERCOMPARE with the value Yes.

This will resolve the issue.
